site is written in XHTML and conforms to the specification. Thus it is best
viewed with the latest browsers, but also accessible with older ones, and
PDAs, text-to-speech engines, mobile phones etc. This makes this site user
friendly for everybody. Browsers which cannot understand the latest syntax
will ignore the cascading style sheets, which might make the site look plain
